The Tricep Cable Pushdown will help improve your triceps, shoulders, back and fast. The equipment needed for this exercise includes a straight-bar, standing machine or some sort of angle bar attachment. Set up the machine to your liking and then take a few steps away from it. Space your hands slightly onto a grip and put your shoulders apart. Lean forward with the bar by your forehead and push out. This will allow your elbows to relax, while everything above your waist gets an exercise. Make sure that you move naturally and not to fast as you need to do it slow for better results.
