people in England celebrate it just like us Irish

1) They eat turkey
2)They hang stockings by the fire
3) Santa comes
4) They listen to cheesy christmas songs eg. I wish it could be xmas everyday
5) They gather the family around and take loads of pictures
6) They have a christmas pudding, put a tiny bit of whiskey on it and set it alite with a match so as it’s lightly glowing
7) They all pull xmas crackers
They put up the christmas tree and put the star on top of the tree
9) Carollers are out on the street singing
10) They go to church

1. Christmas crackers on the dinner table. These are party favors that two people pull and make explode. Inside you get a paper crown and a little toy.

2. They like Christmas pudding and put a charm in it. The person who gets the charm gets to wear a big hat.

3. They have Boxing Day on December 26 where they celebrate with family that they did not get to see on Christmas day.

4. They call Santa "Father Christmas"

5. They listen to the Queen’s annual Christmas speech on tv

6. They say "Happy Christmas" instead of "Merry Christmas"

they get together with all the people they hate most in the world and spend the day eating awful awful food and pretending to love their presents.

Roast turkey/ham/beef/goose
Christmas cake, christmas pudding
Trifle
Board games (eg monopoly)
Mulled wine
Mince pies

we practically do alot ofstuff similar to america and that.quiet difficult to put 25 things we do to celebrate tho lmao!
We put up an angel or a star on top of the xmas tree
ermm… we usually have big family gatherings
Alcohol is a big thing over here at xmas everyone gets drunk at some stage.
i cant think of any more :/

We decorate out houses inside and out, we send christmas cards to freinds and family, and we stick them up in our house, we have friends over christmas day for a meal and to get drunk xmas night, parnets buy presents for there kids and say there from santa
