It's twice baked potatoes, of cheese stuffed potatoes. :) What she does it she gets a potato, cuts it in half, carves out the potatoes, saves the peels for later, she puts the potato carving in a pot,mashes up potatoes with cheese, butter, milk ,salt, and pepper. Then After it is cooked (the potato carvings) she stuffs the peels with the potato inside of it, tops it off with cheddar cheese, and paprika (: !
