How will you celebrate Jesus Christ’s birthday, Christmas?

Everyone has a birthday, even Jesus Christ. What will you do on His birthday?

NOOO! Really? Christmas Day is about Jesus, forgiveness, peace and love thy neighbor?

Somehow I have missed all these messages through my blurry, kaleidoscope of consumerism.

Yes. First of all it is a religious holiday, but related to this is the gift giving and the seeing family and friends. They are related. Our family is not big on huge gifts or the latest this or that. But we do exchange gifts, have a tree, etc.

I have a new great nephew this year, born last spring, so much of the holiday will be around him. He’s not old enough to understand Christmas but already likes Christmas decorations and lights.

sorry to burst bubbles but there is no proof that Jesus was born on Dec 25th and second of all why would anybody get the idea that he wanted us to buy gifts and go broke the day of his birthday.. never once does it mention in the bible the day he was born nor does it mention him celebrating his birthday. It’s a good thing that yall spend time with family though.
