Holy Mass and procession I guess.
This morning at school, we prayed the whole rosary and after each mystery, a group of sections will go to Her image and offer flowers, goods and money. Collected goods and money will be used in December, to help the poor.

i thought her birthday is in may coz that’s when we say rosary everyday and offer flowers at the grotto.

the usual would be a mass in the morning.then the school kids would offer flowers to her. i’m not sure if its a holiday for the catholic schools today.

In my parish, a special mass is offered for Mother Mary. A special rosary prayer is also done.
Also, I know of a religious congregation (I used to live in their dormitory) who would have the mass, a special rosary and a holy hour (an hour of prayer dedicated to the Virgin Mary).
On that day too, their congregation would wake us up with songs and go around in each of our rooms carrying an image of Mama Mary. They will then make us kiss the statue and give each one of us a token (usually a Mama Mary pendant or key chain). At night, we have special dinner prepared especially by the Sisters.
