I disagree that the most effective strategy is to tell deadbeats (men who chose to leave) to return and “step up”.
I believe a MUCH more effective strategy is to provide equal protection of BOTH parent’s rights, end the bias toward moms in divorce – so that more dads who WANT to be there, CAN be.
(Yes, continue CS enforcement against those who refuse, but don’t paint the rest of us with that brush)
The system … The system establishes court orders (at mom’s request) which give dads just a scrap of parenting time (4 days a month – (until mom asks for permission to move across country, then its ‘T.S.-Dad!’))
The system does this WITHOUT FIRST PROVING that Dad is an unfit parent. Consequently, it violates the rights of Dad and child (parental rights, childrens rights, and that First Amensment relic… “association”).
State separates good dads from kids for NO reason except that ‘Mom found a new man’

Judiciarys work in conjunction with corporation counsels, child support agencies, and DHFS ,desions that directly create revenue streams from entitlement programs. Billons.
