I could celebrate Jewish holidays if i wanted to.

The foundation of Christmas is bad. God did not ordain commemorating Jesus’ incarnation. We need to recognize everything about Jesus everyday and do it in a way that we know is pleasing unto Him. Deut 12:29-32 …
Deut 12:29-32 teaches us that we are not to inquire after the way the heathen/pagans worship their gods and bring that tradition or form of worship to our God. We are told only to observe what God taught and we aren’t to add or take away from it. God doesn’t give us the authority to use pagan traditions and incorporate them into our worship toward Him. He doesn’t allow for it. We are only taught to remember His death.

Bad, bad logic and reasoning. You need to study history and develop a good understanding of how most of the holidays we celebrate came about. Remember the basic understanding that the Romans incorporated many holidays and pagan rituals into their society. They were trying to keep everybody happy as long as they did not complain about not being able to practice their ‘traditions’. Much of what is going on these days is acceptable to just about everyone. We should be set apart for God.
