3 lb chuck steak, cut into 1in wide pieces
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cups red wine vinegar
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
Place beef in Dutch oven. In a medium pot, combine all other ingredients and pour over beef. Mix well. Cover and cook over very low heat for 3-5 hours. Mash meat with fork. Heat to steaming and serve on buns.
