Hi Marc I think you meant to say that you visited Wasagaming in October - Wasagaming is the beautiful little townsite situated in Riding Mountain National Park. (Winnipeg is a city about 265 KM from RMNP and is the capital of Manitoba). You are very correct that Wasagaming is a peaceful little village although in the summer months it can get very busy as there are many activities that you can do - see the 75 Ideas page! We look forward to your visit next summer and please stop in at the Visitor Centre to hear about the events/activities planned for when you are here.

Hi there, I spent a few weeks in Winnipeg in October of this year and, although it was out of season I couldn't have had a better time, I loved it there so peaceful, took lots of pics for my family back in Holland. We are Irish and are planning to immigrate to Manitoba around Easter of 2008, can't wait. Hopefully we will see you all at the old tyme dance in August. Thanks to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting while travelling Manitoba.
